2021年是充满挑战的一年，更是硕果累累的一年。在新冠肺炎疫情持续肆虐的背景下，INBAR携手成员国、区域和国际合作伙伴砥砺前行，卓有成效地推进全球竹藤事业的繁荣发展。国际竹藤组织2021年度报告从全球竹藤政策宣介与推广、知识共享与经验借鉴、区域竹藤产业推进与发展、实地研究与政府支持等四方面对全年工作和成果展开了叙述。
2020 年中国竹藤产品进出口贸易总额达 23 亿美元，其中，出口贸易总额为 22.7 亿美元，竹产品进出口贸易总额为 22.1 亿美元，藤产品进出口贸易总额约 0.9 亿美元。

2019年，中国竹藤产品进出口贸易总额达22.6亿美元，其中，出口贸易总额为22.3亿美元，是竹藤产品进出口贸易大国。在竹藤产品贸易中，竹产品进出口贸易总额为21.4亿美元，藤产品进出口贸易总额1.2亿美元。
2018年，全球竹藤产品出口贸易总额约32.5亿美元，其中，竹产品出口贸易总额为29.0亿美元，藤产品出口贸易总额为3.5亿美元，分别占全球竹藤商品国际贸易总额的89%和11%。
2020年是非同寻常的一年。面对全球肆虐的新冠肺炎疫情，INBAR携手成员国及区域和国际合作伙伴砥砺前行，卓有成效地推进全球竹藤事业的繁荣发展。尽管遭受 “疫情暴风雨” 的影响，INBAR却体现出竹子 “千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东西南北风” 的顽强意志，坚定不移地在全球范围内继续履行INBAR使命，助力成员国开发竹藤资源，推进可持续发展。
