Director General Ali Mchumo and Deputy Director General Lu Wenming expressed condolences in the memorial book of former President of China Jiang Zemin.
On 5 December 2022, INBAR Director General Ali Mchumo and Deputy Director General Lu Wenming visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China to mourn Mr. Jiang Zemin, former President of China (17 August 1926 – 30 November 2022). They left messages in the condolence book expressing deep condolences over the passing of Mr. Jiang Zemin and extended sincere sympathies to his family.
